Arts and crafts for senior citizens is growing in popularity as more seniors discover the rewards of finding a new hobby or rediscover a pleasurable hobby from their past.

As we age, physical limitations might hinder us from enjoying activities that were once part of our lives. Today's seniors are turning more to arts and crafts projects that give them a sense of accomplishment while keeping involved in life.

The club provide short term arts and crafts classes when instructors are available.  These classes usually run once a week.  Participants pay a small fee for materials and instructions.  The seniors find the projects enjoyable while keeping their minds and hands busy.  They also feel that creative artwork is a good passtime.
